Terms and Conditions
Agreement
The agreement is held to be between the tour provider, Blair Castle Estate Ltd and the Guest(s) or Group Leader (who will also be the point of contact for the group).
Under 18s / Children
A parent or legal guardian must accompany anyone under the age of 18. Children 3 years of age or over welcome on scheduled land rover tours, all ages welcome on group land rover tours (parents/guardians are responsible tor providing car seats / booster seats to comply with current legislation).
Clothing
Guests are advised to dress for the season and the forecast weather conditions. On the Land Rover tours, weather can be much colder on the hill than in the valley so always bring an extra layer, waterproof coats / trousers and wear sensible outdoor footwear. We reserve the right to refuse access to the tour for those who are inadequately dressed.
Toilet
Guests may have the opportunity to visit either the castle or caravan park toilets* before and after the tour, however there are no facilities available throughout the tour. (*depending on time of day and arrival point).
Payment
Full payment due on booking.
Cancellation by you
25% of payment will be forfeited for cancellations up to 14 days prior to the tour date. Any cancellations or reduction in numbers made within 14 days of the tour date will result in loss of the full cost of the cancelled event. All cancellations or reduction in group numbers should be notified as soon as possible by phone, mail, fax or email.
Cancellations by us
In the case of the tour being cancelled by us, the guest(s) will be reimbursed the full booking fee or given the option to reschedule. We will not be responsible for any loss, damage or expense resulting from the cancellation. A cancellation will be notified by telephone call, email, fax or letter as soon as possible after the decision has been made.

Health
It is the guest(s)’ responsibility to declare any health concerns on behalf of themselves or others in their party. By accepting these terms and conditions you are assuring us that the group are free of any known medical conditions that would put themselves, or our guide, in any significant risk through participating in the tour.
Liability
Blair Castle Estate Ltd has full public liability insurance however our insurance does not cover your group for their inherent risk or their negligence. For your own safety it is imperative that you abide by the direction of our guide throughout the tour.
Assignation
The booking is personal to the purchaser and it cannot be assigned, gifted or sold.
