The lodges can be provided on a catered or self catered basis although for those parties who require catering and are not bringing their own cook, we prefer to recommend a good local cook rather than make those arrangements directly. This enables the guest to inform the cook of the party’s specific requirements in advance of their arrival.

Each lodge has a well equipped, spacious kitchen which is proportional to its sleeping capacity and a separate dining room.

Before guests arrive the lodge will be thoroughly cleaned and the linen changed. In most cases additional cleaning services during the week can be arranged with the housekeeper. Guests are asked to leave the lodge in a clean and orderly state at the end of their week.

As you would expect from residences built for sporting parties, each lodge has ample space for coats, boots and equipment ( including firearm cabinets ). Dogs are welcome within reason on the basis that the guests will show the same discretion towards control as they do in their own homes.
